I qualified 25 years ago. I have particular interest and experience of working with gender and sexual diversity. I have many years experience of working in the field of addiction in residential rehabilitation as a group psychotherapist. I co-teach a process called feeding your demons and am very drawn to methods that turn towards rather than attempt to get rid of anything.
I supervise staff and volunteers working in grass roots organisations in the fields of domestic violence, LGBTQ, Survivors of sexual violence, homeless support and disadvantaged populations.
I hold a spiritual perspective implicitly in the way I relate with clients as well as how I live my life.
I also love my Irish Doodle, camping in nature and creative living!

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working within the NHS and in private practice and have 30 years experience of working as a clinician.
My main areas of interest include:

• Adult neurological disorders
• Speech and language disorders
• Functional Neurological Disorders (FND)
• PTSD and complex trauma
• Attachment trauma
• Over-caring and burnout

I discovered Lifespan Integration in 2010, completed my training in 2016 and have predominantly used it ever since with most clients and in particular within the field of Functional Neurological Disorders (FND).

I am interested in LI’s role in clearing psychological trauma as well as relieving medically unexplained symptoms. LI works with a broad range of problems, and I have found that many psychological/physical symptoms of stress can be eliminated or at least significantly reduced.

Throughout my career I have always enjoyed training Clinical practitioners, trainee Clinical Psychologists and trainee Psychotherapists. I am particularly interested in training the LI methodology to as many Therapists/Clinicians as possible since I have witnessed it to have such a profound and positive effect on clients’ nervous systems, as well as on my own.
