To be included in the LI Directory, you must be mental health professionals according to the standards of your country, and you must  have completed both Level 1 and Level 2 Lifespan Integration training.

To receive your log in details you must submit this request form.  Tim Davies, our webmaster, will send you an e-mail with some instructions including your log in name and password.

You may need to wait a few days before Tim sends you your login.  We appreciate your patience. You only need to submit the form once.
