In these spaces, I welcome your most tender emotions, your deepest thoughts, your hopes and dreams as well as your regrets, losses and sorrows. While I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, I have ongoing training in Lifespan Integration (Level 2). I seek to work with you to grow your own capacities for insight, awareness and change.
