Watershed Counseling Services, LLC assists individuals in exploring the unique features and facets of their environment which influence the quality of their lives. Exploration creates awareness and with awareness, we have choices about how we want to live. These moments of awareness, often called “watershed” moments arise out of the unique therapeutic relationship established with each client.

I am an LMHCA in private practice working with adults, couples, young adults and children under the age of 12. I specialize in anxiety/depression, affect regulation, grief/loss/adjustment disorders, and trauma.
