Shannon has been using Lifespan Integration since 2014, and has been a Certified Lifespan Integration therapist and consultant since 2016. Her love of Lifespan Integration began while she was working at a college counseling center and helped many students resolve their PTSD from a school tragedy using Lifespan Integration. The powerful and lasting changes of Lifespan Integration inspired her to dedicate her practice to this work.
Shannon works with adolescents and adults of all ages who have experienced physical and emotional trauma, sexual abuse/assault, and attachment and adoption issues. She also has a special interest in helping individuals with fertility struggles, pregnancy and/or birth trauma, and the transition into new parenthood.
Certification
Shannon can offer both personal Lifespan Integration therapy and consultation to clinicians seeking certification, or are just wanting a deeper understanding of their Lifespan Integration work.
