Credentials
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Chemical Dependency Professional in the South Puget Sound area–Olympia, Washington. I have worked as a counselor/ psychotherapist for several years facilitating individual and group therapy for adults.

Focus of Services
My services include counseling and psychotherapy for individuals (adults and young adults age 17 and older). I specialize in the treatment of codependency, family of origin (ACOA), attachment issues, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, addictions, grief/loss & bereavement, life transitions, self-esteem, interpersonal skills, as well as, personal development and existential issues. The therapeutic models that I prefer and have received additional training in are: Lifespan Integration, Mindfulness-based Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brain-based Therapy (interpersonal neurobiology). Visualization, meditation, and expressive arts are tools that may be incorporated into your therapy. My approach is holistic and together we will create an individualized plan of treatment taking into account your personal goals, needs, presenting issues, and personality.
