I trained in LI in 2011 and have been integrating it into my practice in the last 12 years. Over this time I have immersed myself in understanding the unique ways in which LI supports sub-cortical integration and healing of past trauma, becoming a certified LI therapist, an approved LI supervisor/Consultant, and volunteered on many teaching teams as a facilitator and organising courses in the UK.
Prior to training in Lifespan Integration, I qualified as an Arts therapist (2005). I have a Diploma in Clinical Supervision and trained as a nature-based therapist. My practice offers face to face therapy and supervision outdoors, where I combine arts therapy and LI in my nature-based outdoor practice, and online cross-globally.
I have worked with people from many diverse backgrounds with widely varying issues, such as depression, generalised anxiety, survivors of sexual abuse, parental neglect, childhood bullying, relationship issues, sexual identity, gender identities, people living with disabilities, and diseases. I also support those living with neuro-diversity, eating disorders, addiction, birth trauma, intergenerational trauma, sudden traumas such as accidents, and living with global issues such as Covid 19 and the climate crisis. I offer a gentle-paced, safe space to engage with presenting issues and an openness to working in alliance with my clients to move towards the wholeness and healing that is meaningful for each individual.
