I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years in practice, working with individuals in private practice.
I discovered Lifespan Integration through my own therapy and found it to be a powerful tool in promoting healing and integration for the places that words cannot reach. For this reason I decided to train in LI, 10 years ago, and integrate it into the work that I do with my own clients.
As we discover more about our neural biology and the brain it becomes even clearer how LI can support clients to move through and resolve early deficits and trauma from all life stages. I offer LI both as a stand alone therapy and within the context of ongoing psychotherapy.
I offer appointments both in person and online.
