I am excited about the rapid healing of trauma that Lifespan Integration therapy offers. Allowing the client to have a more empowered sense of self and to heal attachment wounds is a powerful therapy tool.  I have experience with all ages and love watching the healing clients.  I have training in Lifespan Integration levels I-IV, EMDR, Gottman, CBT-trauma, EFT, and Mind-body Bridging.
