I have over 19 years experience in the field of mental health, since qualifying in 2010 as an Integrative – Person-Centred Counsellor & Psychotherpist I have been specialising in working with eating disorders and post traumatic stress (trauma). I also work with a manor of other psychological problems, such as depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, mood disorders, personality disorders and addiction.
