I am accredited with BACP.  I trained in Lifespan Integration to Level 3 completing my training in 2017. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I am a qualified Supervisor, in this role I welcome students and newly qualified therapists, facilitating their growth while keeping a focus on the silent client voice in the room.

My main area of private work is with childhood trauma often caused by dysfunctional parenting and abuse.

The aim with my client relationships is to establish a ‘here and now’ functioning using the bodies ability to receive new information while gaining a different sense of self.

My work contracts include the Sexual Assault Centres for Norfolk and Suffolk where both teams receive clinical supervision and support.
