My main practice is at Options Counseling and Family Services in Beaverton, focusing on school-aged adopted and foster children and their families, and others struggling with trauma and neglect.

I do a limited amount of in-home private practice with all ages utilizing Lifespan Integration and other interventions assisting adopted, adoptive, and adoptee.

I find LI to be a healing and nurturing way to settle the trauma mind and rediscover self-compassion.
