I believe that the wounds of suffering and anxiety in our life bring us both a blessing and a curse. Each can become for us a new source of strength and meaning. I have worked in addictions counseling using lifespan integration and I know the places of addiction, abuse and loss have often been the source of hope for my clients. I work with my clients using a mixture of Lifespan Integration and existential therapy and I believe that meaning making is a core aspect of the therapy process. I also believe that our meaning is not made alone, but that God desires to make it with us. In seeking out healing our suffering can be redeemed.
I work as part of a non-profit organization and offer a sliding scale to clients.
