I am an independent contractor at Rio Grande Counseling and Guidance Services in Albuquerque, NM.  Currently, I am a Level 2 trained Lifespan Integration Therapist and a Level 1 trained Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy therapist.  I provide culturally sensitive, empathetic, compassionate and empowering care for a diverse client base.  I primarily work with those who are or have experienced trauma and/or substance abuse.  I believe present day thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are manifested from one’s own life experiences and can positively or negatively impact one’s future; in addition, I believe in everyone’s ability to heal and grow into their open hearted authentic selves.
