I originally qualified as an existential counsellor in 1999. I completed an MA in Advanced Clinical Practice qualifying as an integrative psychotherapist in 2018. I have undertaken further specialist training in trauma and dissociation and completed my training as a LI therapist in 2018. I have had extensive LI therapy myself and have noticed the fundamental difference this has made to my life. I am excited to be able to offer this to clients.
I have a special interest in working with the following: complex trauma, attachment based trauma and neglect, working with race and identity: including being white, step parenting issues, LGB&T, family estrangement, physical disability and specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD.
