My mission is to provide a safe place for you in which you can understand yourself more deeply, grow, and become the best version of yourself. My clinical relationship with clients is of the utmost importance to me. I never assume the role of fixer, but rather helper. Our work together will involve working in collaboration to find a path towards health and healing.
My therapeutic approach is holistic. I believe we are shaped by our relationships and environment, and that we have unique gifts that provide us with meaning. Additionally, biological, psychological, and social factors influence our well-being. I utilize Lifespan Integration and other approaches when appropriate.
