I graduated in 2009 from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2009 and have been working as a therapist for 15 years, I have primarily been using Lifespan integration for the past 7 years in my private practice. I enjoy working with adults, teenagers, and children, and I have used LI with all of these populations. I view my role as a therapist as one who is entrusted with exploring the complexities of each individual’s unique story, and then deciding how to bring that client relief, or healing. I am a Christian therapist, and often work with clients who have struggled with disordered eating, spiritual abuse, co-dependency in relationships, as well as differentiating from their family of origin. As I am also trained in EMDR, I work with clients who have complex trauma experiences.
