I tailor my approach to each individual client based on your interests, needs and goals that we discuss together.

My main focus is supporting adults and seniors living with trauma, PTSD, grief and loss.

I have been using Lifespan Integration since 2012 and have found it to be the most sustainable and rapid way for clients to reclaim their lives.

I’ve worked with adults and seniors both in community mental health and in private practice since 1993 and have been both a crisis line supervisor and grief and loss trainer at the King County Crisis Line.

I work in the convenient First Hill neighborhood in an accessible building with on site parking.
