Additionally, Kristin is a Certified EAGALA Equine Assisted Counselor, Expressive Arts Therapist, Eating Disorder Specialist and is trained in Yoga Therapy. Her former career was as a creative artist, so she draws upon techniques from my personal creative exploration to assist others in exploring their inner world, relationships and life. Most importantly, her journey has taught her that the relationship developed during therapy is one of the most sacred & essential components of healing.
