I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working within the NHS and in private practice. My background is in adult neurological disorders, eating disorders, clinical management and clinical supervision.
I have experience of working with PTSD and complex trauma, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, attachment issues, relationship difficulties, family and systemic issues, disability, addiction and personal development.
I qualified in Lifespan Integration in 2016 and use it with most clients. I am interested in its role in clearing developmental/adult psychological trauma as well as eliminating and relieving medically unexplained symptoms. It works with a broad range of problems, there is nothing too small or too big to process and I have found that many psychological/physical symptoms can be eliminated or at least significantly reduced, leaving clients free to live their lives and not just to survive.
