I am a Licensed Counselor and have been providing individual, couples, and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults for 26 years.
I am a Level 2 Lifespan Integration therapist, an advanced EMDR therapist and a Certified Hypnotherapist. I have been using Lifespan Integration therapy in my practice since 2012 and have found it to be very effective for resolving all forms of trauma (including attachment trauma) for adolescents and adults. It is also a wonderful therapy for decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression by helping one to connect to and build a positive sense of self, to increase one’s ability to manage and regulate their emotions, and to build confidence that frees one up to move forward with their life goals
