“Attuned” is in the name of my practice because people’s lives can mirror that of an instrument. Instruments can be weathered, neglected, and abused resulting in out of tune or broken notes. When life happens, these broken notes have an effect on the environment intrapersonally and interpersonally.An out of tuned life can be demonstrated in issues with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and core beliefs that stunt growth, etc.

I would love to work on issues of life with you through talk therapy and Lifespan Integration. I have seen a LI therapist myself and know that it helps tremendously and fairly quickly. Together we can get you out of places that just seem stuck.
