For the first half of my life I was an electrical engineer. But somehow my emotional world woke up and I decided to become a mental health counselor. I help people become more aware and awake to their embodied felt sense, to their emotions, to express their voice, and to be able to regulate and be present to their lives and in their relationships. I was trained in the Seattle area for 11 years (2004-2015). I love using Lifespan Integration and have been doing so since 2008. It’s not the only therapy I use but I enjoy LI because it can do a beautiful job of integrating your sense of self throughout the timeline of your life, generally resulting in a more solid, less anxious you. I’ve had many trainings in LI: levels 1, 2, and 3. I have also been trained in Relational Psychotherapy, Attachment Focused EMDR, some somatic practices, CIMBS, and some IFS.
