I started my counseling career with one goal in mind: to help people from all walks of life on their journey to psychological wellness and wholeness. Life and relationships can be tough to navigate. I provide a nurturing space to develop a healthy relationship that is required to safely address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief among other concerns you may be struggling with. In this space you can also learn some healthy ways of resolving interpersonal conflicts in friendships, romantic, and family relationships. There are tools available to help you thrive and have a life worth living.

The foundation of my work includes the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat anxiety and depression; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to assist with personality disorders; Lifespan Integration for trauma and attachment issues. I have special interest in grief, LGBTQ+ communities, and racial trauma and healing.

I take a person centered approach to counseling that is integrative, as each person has unique experiences and perspectives. The fortitude that was required to cross many bridges in my life influenced the passion I have to support others in their work. Contributing to your journey is how I pay it forward- typically, great work is never done alone.
