Greetings! I am originally from California but I’ve lived in Birmingham for 30 years. My credentials include earning certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and licensure supervisor. In 2013 I finished advanced training and supervision to become certified to present Brené Brown’s powerful message of ‘courage, compassion and connection’.  Over more than 25 years I have offered mental health counseling, supervision, training and crisis interventions while directing the student counseling center at UAB and in private practice with Trinity Counseling in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.

Lifespan Integration has been the most life-changing intervention I’ve ever experienced. It has been nothing less than a miracle for me personally. In 2015 I successfully completed both the Level 1 and 2 Lifespan Integration trainings and in 2019 I finished Level 3 and then successfully earned my LI certification. I have been truly excited and grateful to have the opportunity to both experience and learn LI and also to introduce this amazing transformative intervention in Alabama.
