GIEHL Megan

My practice is located in Denver metro, Colorado. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist candidate and take a systemic approach to working with couples and adult individuals. I value getting to know my clients and viewing their lives from a holistic view – exploring the systems that impact how they’ve come to exist in the world. Clients come to me when they are struggling to feeling connected to themselves or others. Relationship difficulties, negative repeated patterns, trauma, burn-out, or low self esteem are a few of the main growing areas in which my clients seek support. My work is inspired by experiential models and the use of creativity while incorporating Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Relational Life Therapy. Using Lifespan Integration as a somatic and experiential practice provides my clients with the gift of becoming more integrated throughout their lives, developing self compassion, and strengthening the core of who they are. Holding space with my clients while they work towards healing and living fuller lives is a joy to bear witness to.
