I bring my empathic sensitivity to my work with clients to address the challenges that are getting in the way of having a full life.

I have worked in mental health for over 15 years in a variety of settings, with a focus on working with children and their families. This has enriched my perspective when working with adults and children, as I incorporate a developmental lens in my work.

My training has been focused on the practice of psychodynamic psychotherapy, experiential play therapy for children, Lifespan Integration, and trauma-informed practices. Through these approaches I work in partnership with clients to explore the impact of early experiences and relationships, to develop insight and clarity and help clients make more positive, genuine choices in their life.
