I am a trained Lifespan Integration Therapist since 2016 and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.  I see adolescents, individuals and couples who struggle with Depression/Anxiety, Trauma, Marital Issues, Eating Disorders, ADHD and spectrum disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and spiritual issues.  I use Lifespan with most clients as well as Solution Focus, DBT, CBT therapy models.
