I am a very relational counselor and offer a safe and caring space. I can hold your story with both great compassion and great hope, because I believe in the power of healing. LI has been very helpful in my own healing and is now the primary therapy I use with my clients. The positive changes it brings are amazing. I offer both in person and Telehealth sessions.
As a previously certified LI therapist, I also love working with other therapists who want to be as emotionally healthy as possible. I am working toward recertification and look forward to being able to offer this to therapists as well.
