Amy utilizes talk therapy, mindfulness and mind/body approaches, and Lifespan Integration in her work with clients.
“I work from an Interpersonal perspective, which means that my work focuses on building a warm, genuine relationship with my clients and guiding them toward a clearer understanding of themselves and their relationships. I help clients recognize patterns and dynamics in their relationships, heal emotional wounds, and unveil personal strengths with which they can face their concerns and make courageous changes in their lives. I have found that all of my clients benefit from Lifespan Integration. The healing seems to be quicker and longer lasting, bringing both relief and perspective. LI has transformed my practice as a tool to heal the whole mind/body system.”
