I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist  in private practice for over 20 years. I feel passionate about my work and have been successful in facilitating profound changes with Life Span Integration techniques. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and life transitions. I work with adults, couples, families, adolescents and children.

My approaches are practical and effective, and incorporate dynamic, innovative, creative, and unique interventions. My ultimate goal is to help people achieve profound and lasting effects in their personal growth. I consider myself a facilitator in mobilizing inner resources to promote healthy change.
